Registration for the Brewster Summer After Rec Program is limited to Brewster residents and Town of Brewster employees. Online registration opens at 6:00AM on Monday, April 13, 2026.
The summer after rec program will be back again for another summer at the Brewster Bay Property.
Program Description: Brewster Rec is now offering an extended version of the Summer Rec Program. "After Rec" is designed for families needing additional child care for the summer, with care provided Mondays-Fridays until 3:00PM. This new program is designed to run seamlessly with Brewster's traditional Summer Rec Program, allowing children enrolled in the morning program to continue into the afternoon. This program is a slimmed down version with limited enrollment and a focus on relaxing activities. After Rec runs from June 29, 2026 - August 14, 2026 and offers 3 registration options to choose from:
Whole Summer: June 29, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (7 Weeks)
Session 1: June 29, 2026 - July 24, 2026 (4 Weeks)
Session 2: July 27, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (3 Weeks)
After Rec will start at the conclusion of the Summer Rec Program and will start with a 30- minute lunch break. Activities will continue until dismissal at 3:00 PM. Brewster Recreation promises to provide great supervision within a fun and safe environment. After Rec is only available for children in 1st grade and higher. Space is limited.
What to Bring: A nut-free snack, lunch, and water are recommended. Bag lunches and afternoon snacks are available for children who need them through the Food 4 Kids program. Proper footwear and attire are required. Sun protection is always recommended.

Dates: Monday - Friday, June 29, 2026-August 14, 2026 (7 Weeks)

Price: $400 per resident child
Brewster Recreation offers a $25 sibling discount for each additional child in the same household who also registers for the summer rec program. The sibling discount will be applied at the end of the checkout process. Registering for other sports/programs/activities does not qualify for sibling discount.
