Program Description: Sprint into the spring months with the after school track & field program. Throughout this five week program participants will focus on the four major track & field events (Sprints, jumps, distance & throws) Each day, students will be lead in a warm up, dynamic exercises, and then one of the 4 track and field events. All equipment is provided. No experience necessary.    

What To Bring: Water, proper footwear, athletic clothing.
