Program Description: Get ready to hit the field and have some fun! New this year, our after-school Field Hockey Program is designed for youth of all skill levels who want to learn and play this exciting team sport. Participants will develop fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork through engaging drills and game play. Led by experienced staff in a supportive, encouraging environment, this program focuses on building confidence, coordination, and a love for the game. Whether new to field hockey or looking to sharpen skills, join us for a fast-paced, energetic season of learning and fun! Participants are encouraged to bring their field hockey stick. Brewster Rec will provide sticks for those that need them. No experience necessary to participate.
What To Bring: Shin Guards, Mouth Guard, Cleats/Sneakers, Athletic Clothing and Water.
