Brewster Recreation Programs Scholarship - Application for the Brewster Recreation Programs Scholarship The Brewster Recreation Programs Scholarship helps to cover the cost of recreational opportunities for Brewster families who are in need. Brewster Recreation provides over 70 programs, activities, and events each year for community members of all ages. Although Brewster Recreation tries to provide low cost or free programming, we understand that many families are missing out on great opportunities due to finances. Your contribution to this fund helps to make sure everyone has an equal opportunity to participate. *Money collected for this need-based fund is available to qualifying Brewster residents and can be used towards any recreation program as partial or full payments. *As an alternative, the Good Neighbor Fund from the Town of Brewster, is a great resource for families in need of funding.To Donate:To donate to this fund online, please use the "Donate Now" process below.To donate to this fund in person, please visit our office at the Eddy Elementary School (2298 Main St, Brewster, MA 02631)To Apply:Brewster Residents in need of funding are encouraged to register below. *Please only register for current programs/sports/events/activities shown on website. *Requests for funds will not be granted for offerings not in season. *Requests will need to be made each season and are first come first serve if accepted.*Funds are only available and allocated depending on amount of money donated.* Families are welcome to apply in person if unable to apply online.A special thank you to Brewster Association of Part-Time Residents for their generous donation to this scholarship fund. With their donation, Brewster Recreation will be able to help local youths attend and participate in programs they might not have been able to otherwise afford.

Now is your chance! This program is open to students in grades 3-5 who want to learn crochet and who have little to no experience. Beginner Crochet Crew will start with the basics of how to hold yarn and hook, and how to make simple stitches. With a little practice, participants will be making fun projects in no time.
