Registration For Brewster Residents Opens Monday, May 11, 2026Registration For Non-Brewster Residents Opens Monday, May 18, 2026Dates: Monday, August 3, 2026 - Friday, August 7, 2026Ages: 6-13 - Students will be grouped by age each day.Time: 3:30PM-4:30PMLocation: Brewster Community Tennis Courts Price: $65R/$85NR/Per Child Program Description: Come play the fastest growing sport in the nation. Brewster Recreation has partnered with BOOST Pickleball to offer an exciting week-long introduction to pickleball program. Through the use of fun games and challenges, kids will be introduced to basic rules, scoring, stroke/play and fundamentals and safety of the sport. Each class will focus on a different element of the game (serving, returning, non-volley zone, transition area) and at the completion of the program students will have a good understanding of how to have fun and be safe playing. Classes will be taught by a Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) Certified Teaching Pro. Equipment is provided; no experience necessary. Participants will be placed in appropriate age groups. What To Bring: All participants must wear proper athletic shoes that offer some support (no crocs, flip flops or sandals). Court-style shoes recommended but not necessary. Proper athletic attire is expected. Participants are also asked to bring a water bottle and any pickleball paddle they own.
