Registration For Brewster Residents Opens Monday, February 10, 2025Registration For Non-Brewster Residents Opens Monday, February 17, 2025Dates: Session 1: Friday, April 4, 2025             Session 2: Friday, April 11, 2025              Session 3: Friday, May 9, 2025              Session 4: Friday, May 16, 2025             Session 5: Friday, May 30, 2025Time: All session will be held from 2:30PM - 3:30PM (Rec staff will meet students enrolled in this program directly after school @ 2:00PM and walk them to the Brewster Community Youth Tennis Courts) Ages: Grades 3-5 Location: Brewster Community Youth Tennis CourtsPrices: Option 1: $20R/$25NR/Per Child/Per Session                                *Freedom to pick and choose sessions                               *Ability to register for any session at any time as long as its available             Option 2: $80R/$105NR/for all 5 sessions                                *20% savings                               *Must register for all 5 sessions at time of registration                               *Discount will be applied at the end of the checkout processProgram Description: Brewster Recreation has partnered with BOOST Pickleball to offer an exciting five class after school program. Through the use of fun games and challenges, kids will be introduced to basic rules, scoring, stroke/play and fundamentals and safety of the sport. Each class will focus on a different element of the game (serving, returning, non-volley zone, transition area) and at the completion of the program students will have a good understanding of how to have fun and be safe playing. Classes will be taught by a Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) Certified Teaching Pro. Students who register for this program will be met by rec staff after school and walked over to the courts. Students are to be picked up at the courts by parents or guardians unless in the NYA program. Equipment is provided, no experience necessary. What To Bring: All participants must wear proper athletic shoes that offer some support (no crocs, flip flops or sandals). Court style shoes recommended but not necessary. Proper athletic attire is expected. Participants are also asked to bring a water bottle and any pickleball paddle they own. Brewster Rec and BOOST Pickleball will also provide paddles for those, as needed.    Hosted by BOOST Pickleball
