Program Description: Brewster Recreation is excited to continue the outdoor club program this fall. The recreation staff enjoys outdoors activities and we want to encourage youth to do the same. Come join us, and get outside! Each day of the week will be a new and unique activity related to outdoor adventures. This is a five day program. Drop-off and pick-up will be at the Brewster Bay Property (former Cape Cod Sea Camps). Program Description: Students will partake in 5 weeks of running training held at the Brewster Bay Property. During the first few weeks the focus will be on sprints and sprint training. The last weeks of Running Club will focus on intermediate and long distances. Running Club is held on Wednesdays in a group format. Students will have the opportunity to receive 'workout plans' to complete on their own each weekend. The Brewster Bay Property provides a safe and secure location for this program as it host limited traffic to the public during all sessions. The property boasts many fields, hills, paths, roads, and trails that are ample for both short and long distance training. All running levels welcome! Parent volunteers are needed! If interested, please contact Brewster Recreation before registering your child/children.What To Bring: Sneakers, Athletic Clothing, and Water. Running Club dates and times.

Program Description: The Lower Cape Recreational Soccer League is an organized travel league for children in grades 3-6 and consists of municipal teams from Chatham to Provincetown. Depending on the turnout from other towns, teams will play a weekly schedule with one game (depending on the number of teams in the league) and a weekly practice day scheduled by the coach. Both grade levels will be playing a 7v7 format. A mid-season jamboree as well as Friday night games under the lights may be included. If a town doesn't have enough kids to make a team, they are allowed to make a co-ed team that will play against the boy's teams. If there are not enough teams to make a league, the program will run internally. Teams fill up quickly so register as soon as possible. No experience is necessary to participate. Volunteer coaches are needed! If interested please contact Brewster Recreation before registering your child/children. Additional Information:Teams fill up fast. It is suggested to register as soon as possible.Late registrations will be placed on a waiting list and accommodated only if space allows.If Brewster teams do not have enough participants, placement on a surrounding town's team is an option.All practices will tentatively begin the week of September 8, 2025.Games schedules are TBA.
