Mike grew up in Brewster and has been involved in the field of Recreation for 20 years. He has a BA from Western New England College, as well as a Masters Degree from SNHU in Sport Management. He gained experience as a sports program/event manager, Assistant Recreation Director, and now Recreation Director. He lives in Harwich with his wife, Stephanie, and chocolate lab, Kaylee. They enjoy exercising, going for walks, and traveling around the world!

As a Cape Cod resident and sports enthusiast, Andy has spent the past 20 years involved in recreation, wellness, athletics, and youth/adult development. His experience covers many sectors ranging from universities, municipalities, camps, professional sports, nonprofit organizations, and private companies both big and small. Andy has traveled the world developing sporting opportunities for at-risk and special needs youths and adults through community outreach programs and has also built unique and successful athletic programs. He holds a variety of certifications including a Wilderness First Responder Certification and has received multiple awards throughout his career. He is also well published and has been featured in many articles. His passion for recreation and specifically the outdoors has taken multiple forms over the years. To this day Andy can be found rock climbing, hiking, biking, scuba diving, camping, and touring the national parks. It is evident that sports and recreation is truly a part of Andy and makes him the person he is today.
