Program Description: Join instructor Erin Li for kids yoga! Erin has experience as a school teacher and has recently focused her energy primarily on being a yoga instructor. She has worked with kids as young as 3 years old to teenagers. This class is designed for kids ranging from 3rd to 5th grade. The class will meet once a week for 60 minutes where the kids will participate in yoga poses, meditation, breathing exercises and yoga games. These activities will help increase their body awareness as well as strength and flexibility while improving their focus and concentration. This supervised activity will be fun for all children! Register for one or all sessions. All equipment is provided. No experience necessary.
