Program Description: Join Erin Li for a fun and engaging kids yoga class! Erin is a certified yoga instructor for children and adults and a Certified Kids Yoga Instructor through Kidding Around Yoga. With a background as an elementary teacher since 2000, she brings creativity and a strong understanding of child development to every class. Designed for grades 3–5, this 60-minute weekly class includes yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation, and yoga games. Activities help build strength, flexibility, body awareness, focus, and self-confidence in a supportive, playful environment. No experience is necessary, and all equipment is provided. Register for one or all sessions!
