Program Description:Unwind at the end of the day with a gentle, all-levels yoga practice led by instructor Erin Li. The class will conclude with a deeply relaxing sound bath in an open-air setting. This experience is designed to help release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your breath and body as the sun begins to set.
Participants will move through a slow, calming yoga flow before settling into a guided sound bath meditation. Soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls help create a full-body sense of relaxation and ease. Roll out your mat, slow down, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the open-air pavilion on the Brewster Bay property. This program takes place in a covered outdoor structure; however, participants should be prepared for natural elements such as light rain or wind. Open to all skill levels, no prior yoga experience is necessary.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, a blanket for comfort during relaxation, and any props you’d like to support your practice (blocks, strap, bolster, etc.).
