Program Description: Unwind at the end of the day with a gentle, all-levels yoga practice led by instructor Erin Li. The practice will end with a deeply relaxing sound bath in an open-air setting. This experience is designed to help release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your breath and body as the sun begins to set. Participants will move through a calming yoga flow before settling into a sound bath meditation, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create a full-body sense of relaxation. Roll out your mat, slow things down, and discover the lasting benefits of yoga and sound healing. This program is held at the open-air pavilion on the peaceful Brewster Bay Property. Classes take place in a covered structure; however, participants should be prepared for outdoor elements, including light rain or wind. Open to all skill levels, anyone can participate regardless of yoga experience.
What To Bring: Yoga mat, water, and any equipment (blocks, strap, bolster, etc.) to support your practice.
