Brewster Holiday Hope

The Brewster Recreation Department hosts an annual fundraiser called Brewster Holiday Hope during the months of November and December. The events associated with the fundraiser include Breakfast with Santa and our Giving Tree at Town Hall. The proceeds from these events and from the sponsors involved are donated to Brewster residents through the Homeless Prevention Council's Adopt-a-Family program. Brewster Recreation "adopts" a number of families and leads the effort to purchase gifts for them. Since its inception, $60,000 worth of winter clothing and gifts have been donated to the community. Our goal this year is to raise and donate $2,000.

If you would like to sponsor a child this holiday season, stop by town hall and pick an ornament from the "giving tree" in the entryway or contact the Recreation Department at 508-896-9430.
