Registration For Brewster Residents Opens Monday, November 3, 2025.Registration For Non-Brewster Residents Opens Monday, November 10, 2025.General Information:Ages/Teams: Boys in Grades 3 & 4 Girls in Grades 3 & 4 Boys in Grades 5 & 6 Girls in Grades 5 & 6Dates: December 15, 2025 - March 4, 2026. Girls play on Monday nights.Boys play on Wednesday nights.Practices are held one night a week depending on coaches availability. Time: 3rd & 4th grade teams play at approx. 5:30 PM 5th & 6th grade teams play at approx. 6:30 PM*Practice time and days are subject to coaches availability. *Actual game times are determined by the number of teams and the location of the game.Location: Home games are held at Eddy Elementary School Away games are held in other towns Practices are held at Stony Brook Elementary School Price: $35R/$45NR/Per ChildBrewster Recreation offers a $15 sibling discount for each additional child in the same household who registers for this youth basketball program only. The sibling discount will be applied at the end of the checkout process. Registering for other sports/programs/activities does not qualify for sibling discount. Program Description: The Lower Cape Recreational Basketball League is an organized travel basketball league for boys and girls in grades 3-6. The league is made up of teams from Harwich, Chatham, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. Fundamentals, skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship are emphasized. All teams will practice one night a week at the Stony Brook Gym and will have one game a week. Home games are played at Eddy Elementary School (7-8 game schedule). All players will be notified by Brewster Recreation of practice days and times. Space is limited, please sign up ASAP. Volunteer coaches are needed! If interested please contact Brewster Recreation before registering your child/children. Additional Information:Teams fill up fast. It is suggested to register as soon as possible.Late registrations will be placed on a waiting list and accommodated only if space allows.If Brewster teams do not have enough participants, placement on a surrounding town's team is an option.Co-ed teams may be formed if not enough boys or girls register to complete individual teams.All practices will tentatively begin the week of December 16, 2025.Game schedules are TBA. Designed to create a positive opportunity for men and women to participate in pick-up basketball games, socialize, and be active in the Fall, Winter, and Spring months. To participate, simply arrive at Eddy Elementary School (park in back parking lot) enter though back gym doors, pay recreation staff member $5.00 cash, sign in and agree to the program waiver, and have fun! All ability levels are welcome to join. No experience necessary. Equipment is provided. What to bring: Basketball shoes, athletic clothing (white and/or black shirt/jersey) and water.

The rec department will supply portable nets, balls, and a few extra paddles as well as a whiteboard for court rotations. Registration, proof of residency, and payment are required for Saturday play. When registering online, a proof of residency document will need to be submitted at the start of the online process. If registering in-person please have appropriate documents and payment upon arrival. The weeks of school vacations are FREE and do not require registration, or proof of residency; just drop in! This program focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, and learning the game together in a fun, supportive environment. This program features a mix of skill-building drills, cooperative games, and friendly matches. Whether you’re new to pickleball or already love to play, this is a great way to bond, stay active, and share the joy of the game as a family.* This program is designed for a mother/father/guardian to experience pickleball with their child/children as a doubles pairing. * During registration, please select one adult and one child (over 7 years old) who will be in the Family Doubles pairing. The child will first appear as "being charged" but that charge will be removed before the final checkout process. BOOST Pickleball is hosting a tournament that everyone can enjoy. This tournament is open to intermediate mixed doubles between a 3.0 and 3.4 rating. Limited to only six teams, with everyone guaranteed seven games. This Tournament is NOT sanctioned by DUPR and will not reflect on your DUPR rating. This round robin is structured to be a run with some light spirited competitive play. If participants are unsure of their playing level/ability, please note: At least 90% of all recreational players qualify as a 3.0 -3.4 rated player. You may visit boostpb.com and look under ratings for a detailed understanding of how pickleball levels and rating. Each doubles winners will receive a $100 BOOST PB lesson certificate and yes, medals will be awarded!*Everyone must register and pay individually. Those that have a mixed doubles partner will be paired with that partner. Those who don't will be paired before the start of the tournament.

Girls play on Monday nights.Boys play on Wednesday nights.Practices are held one night a week depending on coaches availability. Time: 3rd & 4th grade teams play at approx. 5:30 PM 5th & 6th grade teams play at approx. 6:30 PM*Practice time and days are subject to coaches availability. *Actual game times are determined by the number of teams and the location of the game.Location: Home games are held at Eddy Elementary School Away games are held in other towns Practices are held at Stony Brook Elementary School Price: $35R/$45NR/Per ChildBrewster Recreation offers a $15 sibling discount for each additional child in the same household who registers for this youth basketball program only. Program Description: The Lower Cape Recreational Basketball League is an organized travel basketball league for boys and girls in grades 3-6. The league is made up of teams from Harwich, Chatham, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. Fundamentals, skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship are emphasized. All teams will practice one night a week at the Stony Brook Gym and will have one game a week. Home games are played at Eddy Elementary School (7-8 game schedule). All players will be notified by Brewster Recreation of practice days and times. Space is limited, please sign up ASAP. Volunteer coaches are needed! If interested please contact Brewster Recreation before registering your child/children. Additional Information:Teams fill up fast. It is suggested to register as soon as possible.Late registrations will be placed on a waiting list and accommodated only if space allows.If Brewster teams do not have enough participants, placement on a surrounding town's team is an option.Co-ed teams may be formed if not enough boys or girls register to complete individual teams.All practices will tentatively begin the week of December 16, 2025.Game schedules are TBA.
