Brewster Pickleball Group - Brewster Recreation Pickleball Group Membership 2025
Registration For Brewster Residents Opens Monday, March 24, 2025Registration For Non-Brewster Residents Opens Monday, March 31, 2025Dates: 7 days a week starting May 1st, 2025 and ending September 30th, 2025 Time: 7:00AM-10:00AMAges: Everyone 18+ Location: Brewster Community Youth Tennis Courts Price: $50R/$70NR*NON-RESIDENT SPOTS ARE FULL*Drop in play is $10 per day starting June 23rd, 2025 and ending August 15th, 2025 M-F *Participants 80+ are free (registration is still required) Program Description: The Brewster Pickleball Group consists of roughly 300+ players ranging in age from 18-80+ that will have reserved times at the Brewster Community Youth Tennis Courts from 7:00AM-10:00AM each day. Pickleball is played on the 4 youth tennis courts, as well as all 4 tennis courts. The only exception will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday when senior tennis has the 4 tennis courts from 9am-11am. Become a member and join the group and enjoy time outside with other players at your skill level. *Non-Residents are welcome, however non-resident registration will be limited.*During off hours, the courts are open to the public on a first come, first served basis. *Participants must be 18 years old unless they are with an adult.*Routine grounds keeping and facility maintenance is scheduled for every Thursday morning starting in May. Members have access to pickleballs, picnic tables, and portable nets, if needed. The last members leaving the courts are responsible for putting equipment away and putting the umbrellas down. The majority of the members use the TeamReach app to communicate with each other. In 2021, there were two additional pickleball courts striped on court 4 of the upper tennis courts. The rules for that court are as follows:
Tennis courts that are striped for pickleball are only to be used by pickleball players if all the small courts are full and the tennis courts are not currently being used for senior tennis.
During senior tennis hours tennis courts are reserved specifically for that group from the hours of 9:00am-11:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Other then reserved times for senior tennis, Brewster Pickleball group, or personal reservations, all courts are first come, first served outside of the reserved time.
Participants playing pickleball on tennis courts are responsible for setting up the net(s) and putting them away.

Supplies and materials will be provided for all students. Supplies and materials will be provided for all students. Registration For Brewster Residents Opens Monday, March 24, 2025Registration For Non-Brewster Residents Opens Monday, March 31, 2025Dates: 7 days a week starting May 1st, 2025 and ending September 30th, 2025 Time: 7:00AM-10:00AMAges: Everyone 18+ Location: Brewster Community Youth Tennis Courts Price: $50R/$70NR*NON-RESIDENT SPOTS ARE FULL*Drop in play is $10 per day starting June 23rd, 2025 and ending August 15th, 2025 M-F *Participants 80+ are free (registration is still required) Program Description: The Brewster Pickleball Group consists of roughly 300+ players ranging in age from 18-80+ that will have reserved times at the Brewster Community Youth Tennis Courts from 7:00AM-10:00AM each day. Pickleball is played on the 4 youth tennis courts, as well as all 4 tennis courts. The only exception will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday when senior tennis has the 4 tennis courts from 9am-11am. Become a member and join the group and enjoy time outside with other players at your skill level. *Non-Residents are welcome, however non-resident registration will be limited.*During off hours, the courts are open to the public on a first come, first served basis. *Participants must be 18 years old unless they are with an adult.*Routine grounds keeping and facility maintenance is scheduled for every Thursday morning starting in May. Members have access to pickleballs, picnic tables, and portable nets, if needed. The last members leaving the courts are responsible for putting equipment away and putting the umbrellas down. The majority of the members use the TeamReach app to communicate with each other. In 2021, there were two additional pickleball courts striped on court 4 of the upper tennis courts. The rules for that court are as follows:
Tennis courts that are striped for pickleball are only to be used by pickleball players if all the small courts are full and the tennis courts are not currently being used for senior tennis.
During senior tennis hours tennis courts are reserved specifically for that group from the hours of 9:00am-11:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Other then reserved times for senior tennis, Brewster Pickleball group, or personal reservations, all courts are first come, first served outside of the reserved time.
Participants playing pickleball on tennis courts are responsible for setting up the net(s) and putting them away.

Program Description: Open to those players looking to take the next step in your game. These pickleball clinics are designed for beginners/beginner+ level players who want to progress into more advanced play by working on strokes and utilizing them in a game. Register for each clinic separately or take them all! Each clinic will include 45-60 minutes of instruction followed by game play. All equipment is provided for each clinic. New England pickleball ambassador Sherry Scheer will host all adult pickleball clinics this spring. Sherry was the Coordinator of the Physical Fitness Degree Programs at Berkshire Community College. She is a two-time National Pickleball Gold Medalist, two-time US Open Medalist, Cape Cod Ambassador and an IPTPA certified Level I Pickleball Instructor. She is also a sponsored player by Engage Pickleball. IPTPA is the premier benchmark teaching and rating organization in the Pickleball arena. Sherry is the winner of more than 65 competitive medals. She competes in Pickleball tournaments and teaches private lessons and clinics in MA. She also has 37 years of Physical Education teaching experience. Both grade levels will be playing a 7v7 format. A mid-season jamboree as well as Friday night games under the lights may be included. Pickleball is played on the 4 youth tennis courts, as well as all 4 tennis courts. The only exception will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday when senior tennis has the 4 tennis courts from 9am-11am. Become a member and join the group and enjoy time outside with other players at your skill level. *Non-Residents are welcome, however non-resident registration will be limited.*During off hours, the courts are open to the public on a first come, first served basis. *Participants must be 18 years old unless they are with an adult.*Routine grounds keeping and facility maintenance is scheduled for every Thursday morning starting in May. Members have access to pickleballs, picnic tables, and portable nets, if needed. The last members leaving the courts are responsible for putting equipment away and putting the umbrellas down. The majority of the members use the TeamReach app to communicate with each other. In 2021, there were two additional pickleball courts striped on court 4 of the upper tennis courts. Program Description: The Lower Cape Recreational Soccer League is an organized travel league for children in grades 3-6 and consists of municipal teams from Chatham to Provincetown. Both grade levels will be playing a 7v7 format. A mid-season jamboree as well as Friday night games under the lights may be included. If a town doesn't have enough kids to make a team, they are allowed to make a co-ed team that will play against the boy's teams. Program Description: Students will partake in 5 weeks of running training held at the Brewster Bay Property. During the first few weeks the focus will be on sprints and sprint training. The last weeks of Running Club will focus on intermediate and long distances. Running Club is held on Wednesdays in a group format. Students will have the opportunity to receive 'workout plans' to complete on their own each weekend. The Brewster Bay Property provides a safe and secure location for this program as it host limited traffic to the public during all sessions. The property boasts many fields, hills, paths, roads, and trails that are ample for both short and long distance training. All running levels welcome! Parent volunteers are needed! Registration For Brewster Residents Opens Monday, March 24, 2025Registration For Non-Brewster Residents Opens Monday, March 31, 2025Dates: 7 days a week starting May 1st, 2025 and ending September 30th, 2025 Time: 7:00AM-10:00AMAges: Everyone 18+ Location: Brewster Community Youth Tennis Courts Price: $50R/$70NR*NON-RESIDENT SPOTS ARE FULL*Drop in play is $10 per day starting June 23rd, 2025 and ending August 15th, 2025 M-F *Participants 80+ are free (registration is still required) Program Description: The Brewster Pickleball Group consists of roughly 300+ players ranging in age from 18-80+ that will have reserved times at the Brewster Community Youth Tennis Courts from 7:00AM-10:00AM each day. Pickleball is played on the 4 youth tennis courts, as well as all 4 tennis courts. The only exception will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday when senior tennis has the 4 tennis courts from 9am-11am. Become a member and join the group and enjoy time outside with other players at your skill level. *Non-Residents are welcome, however non-resident registration will be limited.*During off hours, the courts are open to the public on a first come, first served basis. *Participants must be 18 years old unless they are with an adult.*Routine grounds keeping and facility maintenance is scheduled for every Thursday morning starting in May. Members have access to pickleballs, picnic tables, and portable nets, if needed. The last members leaving the courts are responsible for putting equipment away and putting the umbrellas down. The majority of the members use the TeamReach app to communicate with each other. In 2021, there were two additional pickleball courts striped on court 4 of the upper tennis courts. The rules for that court are as follows:
Tennis courts that are striped for pickleball are only to be used by pickleball players if all the small courts are full and the tennis courts are not currently being used for senior tennis.
During senior tennis hours tennis courts are reserved specifically for that group from the hours of 9:00am-11:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Other then reserved times for senior tennis, Brewster Pickleball group, or personal reservations, all courts are first come, first served outside of the reserved time.
Participants playing pickleball on tennis courts are responsible for setting up the net(s) and putting them away.

Program Description: The Lower Cape Recreational Soccer League is an organized travel league for children in grades 3-6 and consists of municipal teams from Chatham to Provincetown. Depending on the turnout from other towns, teams will play a weekly schedule with one game (depending on the number of teams in the league) and a weekly practice day scheduled by the coach. Both grade levels will be playing a 7v7 format. A mid-season jamboree as well as Friday night games under the lights may be included. If a town doesn't have enough kids to make a team, they are allowed to make a co-ed team that will play against the boy's teams. If there are not enough teams to make a league, the program will run internally. Teams fill up quickly so register as soon as possible. No experience is necessary to participate. Volunteer coaches are needed! If interested please contact Brewster Recreation before registering your child/children. Additional Information:Teams fill up fast.
