Kick Start Soccer Skills focuses on building confidence, improving fundamental soccer skills, and helping players feel prepared heading into the season. Participants will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and game basics through fun drills and activities in a positive recreational environment. Whether your child is brand new to soccer or looking to sharpen their skills before the season begins, this program is a great way to get moving, make friends, and have fun on the field. Designed to create a positive opportunity for men and women to participate in pick-up basketball games, socialize, and be active in the Fall, Winter, and Spring months. To participate, simply arrive at Eddy Elementary School (park in back parking lot) enter though back gym doors, pay recreation staff member $5.00 cash, sign in and agree to the program waiver, and have fun! All ability levels are welcome to join. No experience necessary. Equipment is provided. What to bring: Basketball shoes, athletic clothing (white and/or black shirt/jersey) and water.
