Erin has experience as a school teacher and has recently focused her energy primarily on being a yoga instructor. She has worked with kids as young as 3 years old to teenagers. This class is designed for kids ranging from 3rd to 5th grade. The class will meet once a week for 60 minutes where the kids will participate in yoga poses, meditation, breathing exercises and yoga games. These activities will help increase their body awareness as well as strength and flexibility while improving their focus and concentration. This supervised activity will be fun for all children! The Brewster Recreation open adult basketball program is back! Designed to create a positive opportunity for men and women to participate in pick-up basketball games, socialize, and be active in the Fall, Winter, and Spring months. To participate, simply arrive at Eddy Elementary School (park in back parking lot) enter though back gym doors, pay recreation staff member $5.00 cash, sign in and agree to the program waiver, and have fun! All ability levels are welcome to join. No experience necessary. Equipment is provided.
